Beginning next week, ComplianceHR SmartScreen\u2122 will also provide forms and workflows to help employers handle request for vaccine accommodations. Additionally, employers will be able to include a customizable question for unvaccinated employees, to ensure that they are following company COVID-19 testing policies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Food and Drug Administration fully approved the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccination on August 23, 2021. As several clients begin requiring vaccinations for in-person staff members, ComplianceHR is working on a solution in the SmartScreen\u2122 application to support these new challenges.
