With extensive executive-level experience in sales and operations across national and international IT staffing and solutions firms, Sean brings a deep understanding of\u202fIT staff augmentation, IT solutions, direct hire, and executive recruitment.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>In this newly created role, Sean will lead TechServe\u2019s forthcoming\u202f<strong>Business Optimization Program<\/strong>\u202ffor IT &amp; Engineering Staffing and Solutions Firms. Through this initiative, he will work directly with owners and executives of member firms, delivering\u202factionable recommendations to adjust strategic direction, streamline operations, and enhance profitability<strong>.<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cSean\u2019s deep industry expertise\u202fmakes\u202fhim an invaluable addition to the TechServe Alliance team,\u201d said\u202f<strong>Mark Roberts<\/strong>, CEO of TechServe Alliance. \u201cIn today\u2019s market, where many firms face flat or inconsistent client demand, Sean\u2019s insights will help leaders improve operational effectiveness and efficiency.
