DOL will hear from employers on June 24, 2022 from 2:30 p.m.-to 4:30 p.m. EDT. TechServe Alliance members can register to participate on the DOL website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.eventbrite.com\/e\/employer-open-forum-registration-349987621397\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\"><strong>Employer Forum<\/strong>: June 24, 2022, from 2:30 \u2013 4:30 pm ET &#8211; RSVP HERE<\/a>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>DOL intends to incorporate stakeholder concerns in the proposed rule, which will be published in the Federal Register followed by a period for public comment.
